Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain how Travel Signals works, what you can expect from the service, and the rules that apply when you create a profile, use a free feature, or purchase a paid plan.

1. About Travel Signals
Travel Signals is a travel-monitoring and information service operated by TRAVELSIGNALS LTD ("Travel Signals", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of travelsignals.co.uk, Travel Signals profiles, alerts, emails, dashboards, monitoring features and paid or free services.
By creating a Travel Profile, using the service, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Travel Signals provides
Travel Signals is designed to reduce the amount of time you spend repeatedly searching for holidays and travel options.
Depending on your plan and the features available to you, we may:
- store your travel preferences in a Travel Profile;
- monitor selected travel markets, routes, destinations or dates;
- compare travel-related information from third-party sources;
- identify travel opportunities using our own scoring and filtering methods;
- send Travel Signals, alerts, snapshots or recommendations by email or another enabled channel;
- allow you to monitor one or more travel plans or watchlists;
- provide contextual information such as indicative weather, route, hotel or destination information.
The exact features available depend on the plan you hold and the current service configuration shown on our website or in your account.
3. Travel Signals is not a travel agent
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific feature, Travel Signals acts as an information and monitoring service only.
When we direct you to an airline, hotel, tour operator, travel agent, booking platform or other third party, any purchase or booking you make is a separate contract between you and that third party.
You are responsible for reviewing the third party's price, availability, booking conditions, cancellation terms, baggage rules, passport and visa requirements, insurance requirements and any other conditions before you make a booking.
4. Your Travel Profile and information
You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably current information when creating or updating your Travel Profile.
This may include information such as preferred departure airports, destinations, travel windows, party size, budget, board basis, hotel preferences, school-holiday requirements and other travel preferences.
If the information in your profile is inaccurate or out of date, the Signals we send may be less relevant.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid Travel Signals plan.
5. Free and paid plans
Travel Signals may offer free functionality and paid plans, including Family 365 and Concierge 365.
The features, limits and price applicable to your purchase are those shown to you on the Travel Signals website or checkout page at the time you buy.
Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, prices are shown in GBP and include any taxes that we are legally required to include.
Promotional or special pricing
From time to time we may offer promotional, Early User, founding-member or other special pricing. Any special price or price guarantee applies only where it is expressly included in the offer made to you.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
6. Annual plans, renewal and cancellation
Where a plan is sold as an automatically renewing annual subscription, it will renew at the end of each annual billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal takes place.
The renewal price will be the price applicable to your subscription under the offer you accepted, subject to any lawful price change communicated to you in advance. If you hold a specific price-lock or special-price offer, the terms of that offer will apply.
You may cancel future renewal of an automatically renewing plan using any cancellation method we make available or by contacting us at hello@travelsignals.co.uk.
Unless a refund is required by law or expressly provided under a particular offer, cancelling renewal does not normally end access immediately. Your paid access will usually continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Cancellation does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
7. Cooling-off and statutory cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory cancellation right, including a 14-day cooling-off period, depending on the type of service and the circumstances of the purchase.
Where you ask us to begin supplying a paid service during a statutory cooling-off period, the treatment of any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded.
More detail is provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Travel Signals, prices and scoring
A Travel Signal is an informational alert based on data available to us at or around the time our system checks the market.
Travel prices and availability can change rapidly. A price shown in a Signal may therefore have changed, sold out or become unavailable by the time you open the Signal or visit the third-party provider.
Any score, ranking, "worth it" indication, saving estimate, comparison, timing indication or similar output is an analytical aid. It is not a guarantee that:
- the price is the lowest price available anywhere;
- the price will not fall further;
- the price will remain available;
- a particular hotel, flight or holiday will meet your personal expectations;
- booking now or waiting will produce a particular financial outcome.
You should verify the final price and all material booking details directly with the provider before paying.
9. AI-assisted content and automated analysis
Travel Signals uses software automation and may use artificial intelligence (AI) to help analyse travel data, match opportunities to your Travel Profile, rank or score results, summarise information and generate or assist with parts of the content shown or sent to you.
AI-assisted and automated outputs are provided as informational aids. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or affected by errors in third-party data. They are not a substitute for checking the final price, availability, destination requirements, travel restrictions, booking terms or other material information directly with the relevant travel provider or official source.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted content is error-free, complete or suitable for every traveller or circumstance. You remain responsible for deciding whether to act on a Travel Signal and for verifying important information before making a booking or other travel decision.
We may change the automated tools, models or methods used by Travel Signals as the service develops, provided that we continue to comply with applicable law and our obligations to you.
10. Third-party websites and travel providers
Travel Signals may contain links to or information sourced from third-party websites and services.
We do not control those businesses and are not responsible for their website availability, booking systems, prices, descriptions, service quality, cancellations, refunds, insolvency, schedule changes or other actions.
A link, listing or mention does not mean that Travel Signals guarantees or endorses the third party.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep Travel Signals operating reliably, but the service depends on software, data sources, hosting, APIs, email delivery systems and other third-party infrastructure.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Monitoring may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, provider restrictions, data errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may improve, replace, remove or modify individual features where this is reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service, provided we comply with applicable consumer law.
12. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Travel Signals for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to interfere with, damage or bypass the security of the service;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract our service or proprietary output without permission;
- resell or commercially redistribute Travel Signals unless we have agreed this in writing;
- use automated methods to overload or abuse the website or service;
- misrepresent your identity or payment information.
13. Our responsibility to you
We will provide the Travel Signals service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Travel Signals is intended to help you discover and monitor travel opportunities. We are not responsible for losses that arise solely from a third-party travel provider's acts or omissions, or from a price or availability changing after a Signal is generated, where this is outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
If you use Travel Signals for business or commercial purposes rather than as a consumer, different legal rights may apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, our business, technology, legal requirements or consumer-protection rules.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required and will not remove statutory rights or retrospectively impose unfair terms.
The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
15. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, commit fraud, create a security risk or fail to make a payment that is due.
Where appropriate, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before ending a paid service, unless immediate action is reasonably required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly.
