Early Access Terms

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern the Travel Signals website, Early Access programme, personalised travel signals, emails and related information. By submitting the form or using Early Access, you agree to these Terms.

Travel Signals is an early-stage travel intelligence service being developed and tested. It may use user preferences and third-party travel information to highlight options relating to destinations, departure airports, prices, weather, timing, quality, value and suggestions to book, watch or wait.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and use the service for lawful personal purposes.

5. Test status

• Features may be incomplete.
• Signals may not always be available.
• Delivery frequency may vary.
• Data sources and features may change.
• Information may contain errors or delays.
• The programme may be paused or ended.

We do not promise a minimum number of signals or a matching option for every user.

6. Current price

Early Access is currently free unless clearly stated otherwise. No payment card details are required. If paid plans are introduced, prices and additional terms will be shown before purchase, and joining free Early Access will not create an automatic charge.

7. Not a travel agency

Travel Signals is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer, financial adviser or booking intermediary. We do not sell holidays, make bookings, hold reservations, process travel payments or enter into travel contracts on your behalf.

8. Information only

Travel Signals, Holiday Scores, alerts and recommendations are decision-support information, not guarantees, professional travel advice, financial advice, insurance advice or promises about prices, availability, weather, quality, suitability or safety.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to book, wait, investigate further or take no action.

9. Prices and availability

Prices may change, apply only to particular dates or traveller combinations, exclude baggage or fees, depend on limited availability or differ on the provider’s website. You must verify the final price, inclusions, dates and booking conditions directly with the relevant provider.

10. Weather and destination information

Weather and destination information can change. Before booking or travelling, check current government travel advice, passport and visa requirements, health rules, airline conditions, accommodation terms and appropriate insurance.

11. Your responsibilities

• Provide reasonably accurate information.
• Verify all important travel details.
• Read third-party provider terms before booking.
• Check entry, passport, visa, health and insurance requirements.
• Use Travel Signals lawfully.

You must not interfere with systems, scrape data, reverse engineer scoring, resell content, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.

12. Communications

By joining, you request confirmation, onboarding, personalised signals, operational updates and important legal or privacy messages. Optional promotional messages are handled under applicable marketing law.

13. Third-party providers

Links to airlines, hotels, tour operators, booking platforms, comparison services and weather providers do not mean we control, guarantee or act as agent for them. Their own terms and policies apply.

14. Intellectual property

Branding, text, designs, scoring systems, signal formats, databases, software, workflows and methodologies are owned by or licensed to QuizzyNest Ltd. Personal non-commercial use is permitted; copying, scraping, resale or creation of a competing commercial service is not permitted without written consent.

15. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, software changes, outages, provider restrictions, security incidents or events outside our control may affect the service.

16. Ending access

You may stop using the service or unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, misuse, legal or security risk, provider restrictions or discontinuation of Early Access.

17. Disclaimers and liability

We use reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every signal is complete, current, accurate, available, suitable or capable of producing savings. Do not make an important travel or financial decision solely on a Travel Signal.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses caused by changing prices, unavailable offers, third-party information, provider acts, disrupted travel, weather, entry problems, inadequate insurance or use of third-party websites.

19. Changes

We may update the service or these Terms for new features, legal requirements, providers, security or business-model changes. The latest version will be published here.

20. Severability and waiver

If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
